The back panel on the main seat back appears to have a shallow indentation at one of the tether hooks as shown. black cloth fabric is free of any rips or tears. Stitching is fully intact, however there is some minor fraying where the release leaver for the panel mounts as shown. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.Cosmetic Condition:In fair overall cosmetic condition for their age. The cloth has some spots of minor staining and discoloration from previous use.
